Training Material

Enhance your knowledge about breast tomosynthesis by participating in online mammography training, watching case studies or reading mammography whitepapers.

Tomo Training1 - An interactive training and testing tool

In collaboration with Dr. Nenad Kostović and Ralf Stahr, Siemens developed an interactive training tool that offers an introduction to Digital Breast Tomosynthesis (DBT) especially if you are new to this modality.

Learn new skills
Based on 120 cases from the national German screening program, the training covers conventional 2D and DBT as well as complementary imaging as it is applied within the routine clinical environment.

Track your progress
You can select your training program and track your performance. You can choose the number of cases for each session and aim for targets in sensitivity and specificity or BIRADS classification. With your individual statistics reports, you have your training progress in view at all times.

All features at a glance

  • Learn DBT where and when preferred
  • Repeat as often as wanted
  • Get immediate feedback on learning success
